In 2018, the Jayco Herald Sun Tour returns for its 65th edition, bringing it’s Women’s ITT and Men’s Prologue stages to Melbourne City – and your assistance is needed to make it happen!

On the 31st of January, the organisers need hard working and enthusiastic volunteers from around Melbourne to help the day run smoothly, keep the athletes safe and the public informed during the event.

The tour will then continue on the following schedule:

Tuesday 30th January 2018 for the first ever Women’s
Stage 1: Healsville
Wednesday 31st January 2018 for the Women’s ITT and Men’s Prologue Stage: Melbourne
Thursday 1st February 2018 for Stage 1: Colac to Warrnambool
Friday 2nd February 2018 for Stage 2: Warrnambool to Ballarat
Saturday 3rd February 2018 for Stage 3: Mitchelton Winery to Lake Mountian
Sunday 4th February 2018 for the final Stage of the Tour: Kinglake

Its also a great opportunity to raise funds for the club. For every volunteer shift covered $50 will be returned to the club, 10 individuals covering 2 shifts each can add up to a massive $1,000 donation towards the club. Not a bad start to the New Year!

There is also an opportunity for a free space in our event venue to run a fundraising BBQ or similar, please contact info@bbn.org.au if you want to set that up.
