Yoga at the Blackburn Cycling Clubrooms. Yoga, a practice that dates back many thousands of years, has great benefits for today’s cyclists. At its core, yoga is an exercise for the body and mind that leads to greater aerobic strength, flexibility and focus. Some of the most elite cyclists around the world use yoga as part of a successful training program. From power to endurance, athletes at all levels can incorporate yoga into the training programs to gain an edge over the competition, and prevent injury. Everyone welcome!
The 1st session will be free and then $10pp each Friday there after.
Bring a yoga mat, towel and your water bottle. All sessions delivered by a qualified yoga instructor. Further dates/events to be scheduled.
Please arrive a few minutes early to set up.
