The Wangaratta Cycling Club is seeking the assistance and support of the cycling community. If you can help please contact Jeff Little via the mobile number provided below.

The club is seeking assistance from members and friends to run the first day of the Victorian Christmas Track Carnival at the Wangaratta Showgrounds on Thursday 27th December 2018.

Assistance is requested for:
(1) Setup: 8am to 11:00am sweeping/blowing track, setting up marquees, signs on road,etc
(2) Gates/Entry: 11:00am to 6:00pm helping to man gates to collect entry fees, program sales etc
(3) Canteen: 9am to 9pm AM: prepare salad rolls, pasta sauce, fruit salad, etc PM: salad rolls & BBQ trailer
(4) Registration, prize money, lap numbers & starting gun.

Any assistance big or small would be appreciated.

Please note this could be the last Christmas Carnival the club runs.

The WCC has a proud tradition of running great (ie. fun and safe) events .. your offer of assistance – however great or small – will help.
