The Monday night DISC session is run by coaches Marty Elsum and Jemma Eastwood and is suitable for riders from juniors to masters. We suggest that riders new to track cycling attend novice sessions at Blackburn or another club velodrome first.

All participants must purchase tickets via TeamApp to attend DISC sessions there will not be any payment on the day (In unforeseen circumstance where this isn’t possible contact me prior to the session). Ticketing will be open until 2pm on the day of each session and may be limited in number so get in early to ensure your spot. This is to keep a record of the participants in each session and to ensure the venue is appropriately setup to cater for them. Please avoid using the lift. The change rooms will be closed (toilets will be accessible) so please come prepared to start training at the allocated time.

6.00 – 7.00pm: Novice & Foundation Riders. (Cost $12 per rider)
Riders need to enter at 5.50pm to be setup and ready for commencement at 6pm. Entry will be via the front entrance and down the tunnel. Note for the near-term Novice and Foundation riders may not be allow to ride up in the general session.
7.10 – 10.00pm: General Intermediate and Advanced Riders (Cost $20 per rider)
All riders that have attended the General session previously are welcome to attend. Riders need to enter via the front entrance and down the tunnel at 7.10pm. Please do not enter before 7.10 as social distancing guidelines need to b maintained. Rider and their bikes (warm up gear) need to be setup and ready for commencement at 7.20pm. Don forget to bring your track bags and TT bars.
New novice riders and foundation riders that wish to attend the 6pm session must contact JDP coach Andrew Johnstone by emailing (training@bbn.org.au) to discuss the process.

Note: CV track bikes will NOT be available for hire until further notice.
