MONDAY NIGHT DISC WITH DISC!
6.00 – 7.30: Novice & J13 session.
6.45 – 9.00: Endurance & Sprint training.
(NOTE: Session is not run on the 2nd Monday of every month!)
DISC session is suitable for all riders from junior to masters, although we suggest that riders new to track attend a session at Blackburn velodrome first.
Hire of CV track bikes is available $5ea or Club track bikes are free to members. Club bikes must be pre-organised days in advance and UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE PEDALS ON CV TRACK BIKE ALLOWED TO BE SWAPPED FOR PERSONAL USE OF CLIPLESS PEDDLES. DAMAGE ie CROSS/STRIPPED THREADS CAUSED TO ANY BIKE WILL BE THE RESPONSILITY OF THE RIDER HIRING THE BIKE TO ENSURE SUCH DAMAGE IS REPAIRED/REPLACED.
Novice riders attending 6pm session must book by emailing info@bbn.org.au and arrive early to organise and set up a bike.
COSTS FOR RIDERS: $10ea if you have a Training Card, purchase a training card http://www.bbn.org.au/multisession_trainingcard.html . (.30c cc fee applies)
The other option is to purchase a ticket below via the Team App below (.30c cc fee applies).
Cash is also acceptable on the night but riders paying cash for 6.45pm session, cost is $20ea.
Bring equipment to change gearing (up & down) as requested by the coach. Expect to spin!!
