DISC Intermediate and Performance Riders
The Monday DISC Intermediate and Performance is run by coaches Marty Elsum, Harry Morgan and Andrew Radford. This session is for experienced riders that have been approved by the coaching team to attend. The session is a general session suitable for both sprint and endurance riders designed to continue skills development while improving rider fitness and confidence.

7.00 – approx. 10.00pm: Intermediate and Advanced Riders (Cost $20 per rider)

All participants must purchase tickets on TeamApp to attend DISC sessions, there will not be any payment on the day (In unforeseen circumstance where this isn’t possible contact one of the coaches prior to the session starting). Ticketing will be open until the close of each session and may be limited in number so get in early to ensure your spot. This is to keep a record of the participants in each session and to ensure the venue is appropriately setup to cater for them.

All riders have to attend the Beginner & Development session at least once or have been approved by the BBN coaches prior to attending the Intermediate and Performance session for the first time.

Riders and their bikes need to be setup and ready to commence the warmup at 7.00pm.
