This session is open to Blackburn Cycling Club members only and is targetted at riders in U13/U15/17/19 and Elite competition categories.

This will be the first of what we hope to be regular weekly sessions incorporating basic strength & conditioning and a unique crash preparedness skill development. Note the location at Nunawading Gymnastics and Sport Club.

**Wear tight fitting clothing, and socks – no shoes will be allowed for some activities
7.00 – approx. 8.30pm: BBN Members (Cost $10 per rider)

All participants must purchase tickets on TeamApp to attend these sessions, there will not be any payment on the day (In unforeseen circumstance where this isn’t possible contact one of the coaches prior to the session starting). Ticketing will be open until the close of each session and may be limited in number so get in early to ensure your spot. This is to keep a record of the participants in each session and to ensure the venue is appropriately setup to cater for them.

These sessions are for riders who have been invited in the categories mentioned above. You must be a Blackburn Cycling Club member. If you haven’t seen an invite and are in the categories above, it may have been missed – please email jets@bbn.org.au or talk to one of our amazing club coaches to find out more.
