The Monday DISC Novice & Foundation session is run by coaches Marty Elsum, Harry Morgan, and Andrew Radford. This session is to develop the skills, confidence, and fitness to ride at an indoor velodrome and progress to the Intermediate and Advanced session that follows.
6.00 – 7.30pm: Beginner & Development Riders. (Cost $12 per rider)
• Riders need to enter at 5.50pm to be setup and ready for commencement at 6pm.
• Time and coach availability permitting a skills session will be held in the centre of the track form 7pm to 7.30pm. So, bring along a pair of flat shoes.
Beginner and Development riders that wish to attend the 6pm session must contact JDP coaches by emailing (training@bbn.org.au) to discuss the process. We suggest that riders new to track cycling attend Beginner sessions at Blackburn or another club velodrome prior to attending this session.
