The monthly committee meeting is held at Café Oggi (except for February, May – AGM, August & November – these at club rooms) to discuss ongoing club business. Invitees to this meeting include the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Club Captain and all Chairpersons. All club members are welcome to attend the meeting.

All agenda items are to be supplied to the Secretary in advance of the meeting by midday the day before the meeting and can be forwarded via email to secretary@bbn.org.au.

We welcome persons and raised matters for discussion. General matters without notice can be discussed but will be addressed as the last item on the agenda.

General Club Meetings along with a BBQ are held generally quarterly every year, (February, May – AGM, August & November) at 7pm at the Clubrooms situated next to the club velodrome at East Burwood Reserve, 298 Burwood Hwy, Burwood East, 3151, Victoria.
